Friends and family of London's fifth homicide victim of 2012 gathered at a London funeral home Saturday night a week after he was gunned down.
Terrell Johnson, 21, died after gunned down at the corner of King and Richmond streets.
Police said Johnson was shot during a confrontation between two groups. A second man not identified by police was wounded, and has been released from hospital.
His funeral was held in Brantford Saturday afternoon. A reception was held later at Needham Funeral Home in London.
Many young people were seen gathering at the funeral home Saturday evening.
Two men have been charged in connection with Johnson's death. Joshua Carter, 22, and Dominque Mossel, 20, of London, are each charged with second-degree murder.
Police are looking for Darrien Hinkson-Harris, 21, of Kitchener, who also faces a second-degree murder charge.
Hinkson-Harris and Mossel also face eight weapons charges.
Johnson was pursuing a career as a rap artist. He had posted videos on YouTube of his work.
